Cognos Training Centre

Each of the training centres in the United Kingdom and Ireland are equipped with modern technology. Course delegates will each have a PC workstation. Morning coffee, lunch and snacks are provided during the course break.

All training centres can be reached by public transport or by car. Contact the Cognos Education team for assistance about seeking local accommodation for delegates where required.

What you need to know

All classroom courses begin promptly on the first day at 9:30 am and are scheduled to finish at approx. 5:00 pm.

Cancellation Policies

Student Cancellation

The customer agrees to pay the following proportion of the course fee to Cognos, in the event that a student fails to attend, cancels or transfers from a course without giving at least fifteen (15) working days written notice prior to the course start date:

  • Cancellation/failure to attend: 100%
  • Transfer to a later date: 50%

Course Cancellation

Cognos reserves the right to cancel course dates due to insufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellations within 5 working days of the course start date. Should a course be cancelled for any reason, Cognos' liability is limited to the return of any prepaid tuition only. Please be aware of this if ordering nonrefundable airline tickets.
